Licensed advisors in all 50 states

Privacy

What we collect, and what we never do with it.

Short version: we collect the five answers you give us and your contact details, we use them so one licensed advisor can call you back, and we do not sell them.

This Privacy Policy explains how Right Health Coverage (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through righthealthcoverage.com and any page that forms part of this website.

Information you give us

The coverage review form on this site asks for exactly five things: your state, how many people in your household need coverage, whether anyone in the household has a major pre-existing condition that needs to be covered, your timing, and your name, phone number and email address.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income, financial account details, or medical records at any point on this website. If a page ever appears to ask you for those on our behalf, it is not ours — stop and contact us.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form we also record technical and campaign context so we know where an inquiry came from and can prevent abuse:

  • The page you were on and the page that referred you
  • Campaign parameters in the URL, such as utm_source, utm_medium and click identifiers
  • Your browser user agent and the IP address the submission came from
  • The date and time of the submission

Your IP address is used for rate limiting and fraud prevention and to understand roughly where inquiries originate. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

How we use it

  • To have one licensed advisor review your details and contact you about health coverage
  • To answer questions you ask us
  • To keep a record of consent and of what you were shown when you submitted
  • To measure which pages and campaigns lead to real inquiries
  • To detect and block automated or fraudulent submissions

How we contact you

By submitting the form you agree that Right Health Coverage and its licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling the advisor, replying STOP to a text, or using the contact page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not sell or trade it as leads. We share it only with:

  • The licensed insurance advisor assigned to your inquiry, and where you choose to proceed, the insurance carrier or administrator handling your application
  • Service providers who operate this site on our behalf — hosting, database, email and workflow tools — under contracts that limit them to providing that service
  • Anyone we are legally required to share with, such as in response to lawful process

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember campaign context across pages, and measure aggregate traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the review form will still work if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance, recordkeeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information and we will do so except where we are required to retain it.

Your choices

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to stop contacting you
  • Ask us not to sell or share your personal information — see Do Not Sell My Info

Residents of some states, including California, have additional statutory rights. We extend the choices above to everyone regardless of where you live.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls. No system is perfect, and we will not tell you otherwise, but we do not retain the kinds of data — SSNs, financial accounts, medical records — that make a breach catastrophic.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may of course submit an inquiry that covers children in their household.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date shown on this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
